Eng. Girgis Youssef, Chairman of New Jersey Developments, affirmed that commencing construction reflects the company’s focus on actual implementation rather than marketing claims. Eng. Youssef added that Jamila North Coast has secured Ministerial Decree No. 283, dated March 22, 2023, along with all necessary permits. This has allowed the company to begin construction strictly in line with the approved plans and timelines. Project Details and Specifications

The chairman noted that Jamila North Coast is strategically located at kilometer 273 in Ras El Hekma. The development maintains a low building density of just 9 percent and boasts a 700-meter-long beachfront.

Covering a total area of 130 acres, with the first phase spanning 50 acres, the project offers a variety of residential units to cater to different preferences. All units feature direct sea views and are complemented by a full range of services, recreational facilities, and commercial amenities.
